Item Description
The lens works perfectly optically and mechanically. Glasses are clean and flawless. I bought it from another forum member about six months ago and s/he told me that it was cleaned professionally before it was sold to me. The barrel is good shape buts shows its age. I am selling this only because I bought a cheaper takumar.

Important disclosure: The rubber grip is bit worn and is slightly separated from the barrel. It is barely noticeable and do not affect the performance of the lens at all.

Nice lens - I'm looking to upgrade from the A1.7. However, after thinking about it for a few hours, I have decided to wait for now. Thank you though.

Some would not consider that an upgrade.

However, I agree that this is a wonderful lens. If someone cannot afford the FA50/1.4, this is the closest it gets. Plus, most of the time, if used for portrait this lens has to be manually focussed.
