Item Description

Hello everyone! I am selling a German-made Leitz Elmar-R 180mm f4.0 telephoto prime lens (3-CAM version) that has been non-invasively converted to Pentax PK mount.

As usual, you can expect excellent build quality and great optical performance from such a Leica lens. Because of the extremely compact and lightweight design, hand-hold shooting becomes delightful. Now you can enjoy this wonderful Leitz lens with your Pentax DSLR or film cameras. Of course, you'll need to use stop-down metering.

The copy is in near MINT condition with few signs of wear. Glass is perfect, free of marks, fungus or haze. It comes with both front and rear caps and a nice Leitz leather case. I'll also send you the original Leitz R mount (shown in the last image posted) in case you want to restore it to the original state for use on other cameras, which can be easily done.
