I am selling a copy of the Pentax-DA* 16-50mm f/2.8 ED AL (IF) SDM Lens. It's the last Pentax lens that I am letting go after switching to another system. Here is a bit history about this particular copy: it was originally purchased in Aug. 2010. There was a problem with the SDM motor a few months later and the AF stopped working. It was sent back to Pentax (C.R.I.S.) under warranty. Moter was replaced and all re-calibrated to manufacturing standards. It has been functioning flawlessly ever since. So this should provide you the assurance about SDM performance. The lens is in MINT condition with very few signs of wear. It comes with the following: * both original front and rear caps * lens shade * soft case * original box * documents for the original purchase and service by Pentax Asking $665 (reduced).
