Thanks for the info Russ - I could still just tape out the one contact and that would give me what I am looking for, it's just a pain to keep doing that...

It's a great lens for the zoo. Save the safari money for more lenses!

What if you're driving home and you see someone wrangling an alligator? You whip out the Bigma and take a shot for the community newspaper's front page! Buy this lens and be ready for breaking news.

Now that's a sales pitch and image that is hard to resist!

I have been following this thread for a while... but got offered a new 150-500 os hsm lens for a killer price by a friend...
I enjoy all the magnificent pictures you have put up and the slogans that go with them!

I hope that the lens finds a new home soon!

I had the 170-500 and sold it, I regret it. If nobody buys this, I am going to have to buy the bigma myself.

Like the Space Shuttle, I'm retiring the $800 price and replacing it with a shiny new $750 price tag! Grab it now before government inefficiency drives the price back up! (No need to get offended - my wife and I both work in the public sector.)

Man... If I weren't so poverty-stricken I would be all over that.

(I don't really need two kidneys, do I?)

All my life, I wanted a bigma, now that there is one available, the only money I have is going to the IRS next week.

Everyone should have Bigma, Pepe. Surely the IRS would understand.
