Still available!

For sale is a later model K1000 with a -A 50mm f/2 lens. I will not sell the lens separately. It comes with a manual and a push-on lens cap. The back of the manual is covered with Sharpy marks and notes.

I haven't run film through this body, but the meter appears to work and everything is in great condition. The microprism focusing screen is clean and clear too.

The -A 50mm f/2 lens is also in great shape. Everything turns nicely, the aperture is snappy, and the glass is clean.

I'm asking $50 + shipping world wide. I take Paypal or money order.

I think a picture without the lens cap on might encourage a second look from potential buyers, as well as the way the back of the camera opened up looks.

More pictures posted. I thought a K1000 with a -A lens would go quickly so I got lazy on the pictures.

Yea, but when you say you never ran film thru it, people wana see some extras for themselves.

And they're strong cameras, I got two myself, soon to get rid of one (but not posting it on here any time soon).

PS a K-1000 with an -A lens is no better than -M since the K1000 will never take advantage of the additional feature the -A lens have.

Yeah. -A lenses are generally still more desirable since our digital bodies all have crippled mounts. A lot of K-1000s seemed to have come with -A 50mm f/2s probably because Pentax stopped manufacturing the -M version in the mid 80s.

This copy is assembled in China. You can see the label in the third picture if you flip your monitor upside down.
