SMC Pentax DA 35mm F2.8 Macro Limited

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Item for Sale
SMC Pentax DA 35mm F2.8 Macro Limited

Asking Price
415.00

Item Description
Hi,

I am selling the 35mm Macro Limited. I listed it w/ the K-r body originally, which sold.

The 35mm Macro limited has a cap that is a little banged up, not from while it was on the lens, but when I would take it off to shoot pics. I babied the lens itself, so every other part of it is pristine. I've kept a filter on it, so the glass and body are mint. It comes w/ the original box and accessories (bag, manual)

I've attached a picture I took w/ the lens wide open - untouched except to shrink the file size.

Shipping is included in the price, and I would like the payments sent as "gift". This is my first time selling on Pentax Forums, but I have great feedback on Ebay of 100% - you can check if you like; my username is ronroe. Thank you for looking!

It's a very good lens... I bought the 31mm, which is too close in focal length to this one. The 31mm is faster, but already miss the macro capabilities...

Prospective buyers: It's ok to own a DA 35 ltd and a FA 31 ltd--as a matter of fact, it's kind of cool.

That's good to know - I'm assuming that we are talking from experience....??

Yep, I have both. They're quite different. I tend to take the 35 on rambles if there's good light but for certain other purposes (low light, close portraits & artsy stuff), the 31 is the go-to.

Seems like dadipentak is enjoying the extra coolness bought from me. DA 35 is the most prolific lens and with a flash gun can cover most of the low light situation. Few days ago I went longwood garden with FA 43 and sigma 70 macro and I missed DA 35 every time I had to change the lens to take photos of my kids and the flowers.

Very much (and at my age, I need all the coolness I can get.) Thanks!

I was actually considering to buy this DA35f2.8 to have two, in case one get lost or damaged. I could not live without one.

Still available... a couple potential buyers fell through. Does anyone know how safe it is in general to deal with foreign buyers? I was a bit leery of selling to a Spanish buyer because his conditions (i.e. sending as a gift to avoid customs taxes) invalidated the Paypal protection policy...

Provided payment is made through paypal, and you have received payment before despatch of item, you should have no worries in dealing around the world.

I've had no issues at all selling to foreign buyers (even Australians! )
