DA40mm f/2.8 XS - the ultimate pancake!

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Item for Sale
DA40mm f/2.8 XS - the ultimate pancake!

Asking Price
$225

Item Location
Houston, TX (United States)

Item Description
I wanted the white K-01 and it only came with the kit (at that time) so I bought the kit with the intention of selling the lens. I have the DA40Ltd. Well, the shots from the two lenses are identical. Apparently for an additional $150, you can get a metal hood and quick shift. But image quality is identical.

As you've seen here on the forum, this lens works great on the K5 and other dSLRs, and makes the ultimate street kit. It's as small as you'll get on your K5.

I'll ship worldwide, so just drop me a note. I didn't include pictures since there have been many posted here. I've had the lens one week and it's in mint condition. Note that the lens does not come in its own box in the kit, so I'll package it up nicely, but there is no box and no pouch.

PMs replied too.

Did I mention that I also have a Bigma for sale? You could get the smallest and largest lenses out there for your camera, kind of like Mutt and Jeff.

Hey guys, I've shipped the lens off, so it's as good as sold. (It just takes a while to get to Moscow.)

BTW, I'm in Clear Lake (which is neither).
