Tamron 90mm SP AF Di Macro for Pentax

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Item for Sale
Tamron 90mm SP AF Di Macro for Pentax

Asking Price
350

Item Location
Rochester (United States)

Item Description
This is a like-new Tamron 90mm Macro, the newer version currently selling at BH, Adorama, etc for $450 after rebate. This lens is in like-new condition. Not a single scratch or mark. I don't have readily available pics of it, so you'll just have to take my word for it. If you are unhappy with it, ship it back to me (although I'm sure you will be happy)

I had previously owned a Pentax 100mm Macro WR, and although this Tamron is built of plastic, I would say its build quality is up to par with the all metal Pentax. And the manual focus on the Tamron is actually smoother than the Pentax. Also the Tamron has a focus limiter while the Pentax does not. Basically, this Tamron Macro is a great deal (especially now that the Pentax 100mm WR is at $900!!!) I'm selling because I really don't use macro enough to justify owning this lens, and will probably just find an old M series macro to fool around with.

Your photo is not the "newest version". This is...

Which one are you selling?

Sorry I overlooked the differences in the picture. It's indeed the one in your picture with the gold stripe, the model 272EP, and apparently there is no rebate for it?

Why can't you give a picture of the actual item?

I've sold items without photos before by describing the item well, and you can see by both this feedback rating and Ebay (fish_er_guy) that people end up happy. The reason I don't put a photo up is that I shoot film and develop it myself; it's kind of a waste to shoot film of a lens in perfect condition and also have to develop it. But if people insist on pictures, I'll borrow a camera from a friend.

I'll vouch for Ironlionzion. The item he sent me was in great shape and well packaged.

I too will vouch for Ironlionzion. Have dealt with him on multiple occasions (albeit I was the seller, he was the buyer) and have had no issues at all.
