To estimate shipping cost, please feel free to use USPS.com with a 3lb estimated box weight.

For Canada, the lowest cost is ~13USD w no insurance and (I think) no real tracking. At this cost, the buyer bears all the risk. The next option up that I see is Priority Mail® International for about 28USD and includes insurance up to ~70USD and has tracking.

From the pics in the link it doesn't look like it has the "A" setting. Nice lens, tho.
