| Pentax-F* 300mm F4.5 Lens w/ Tripod Mount, Box PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing Item for Sale Pentax-F* 300mm F4.5 Lens w/ Tripod Mount, Box Asking Price 1000 USD Item Location Raleigh, NC (United States) Item Description I recently went in for a DA* 300/4 for it's weathersealing, and that means I need to let go of my trusty F* 300/4.5. It's sad to let it go, it's probably the smallest, lightest 300mm autofocus prime lens you'll find (screw-out hood included!). It really does make a great travel prime and has given me many fantastic images over the couple years I have owned it. Includes: Lens Pentax rear cap Third party inner pinch front cap (works great) Tripod mount (nearly impossible to find if not bought w/ this lens) Box (a little worn) S/N Papers SMC Pentax-F lens booklet Overall, the lens is in very good condition. There is some wear to the paint, particularly where the tripod mount attaches. The glass is clean and clear, with the exceptions of a tiny pinhead size speck and a very short hairline nick in the coating. These are only visible under close inspection and have no impact on the wonderful image quality of the lens. Functionally, everything works great. AF is quite fast with my K-7, aperture functions properly. Please send me a PM if you have any questions.
