Is this the metal-bodied or the plastic-bodied version?

I am guessing its the metal one - certainly heavy and solid - but I could be wrong.
Sorry.
If you look at the photos in the sold section - the one with the factory sticker on - you may be able to judge the material?

They look the same. I've held the metal-bodied one, and, as one would expect, it conducts heat from your hand (unlike the plastic-bodied one) so it feels "cold" at room temperature. I would think it would be easy to tell by just picking it up...

Damn shame on the fungus. I wonder if Eric could clean this up? Could be a great deal if so. Eric did wonders cleaning the fungus out of an old 50mm f1.4 Tak I sent him last year.

Eric will charge less than $100 (including shipping) to clean it, then you have a brand new lens for three hundreds.

Eric have done great job to clean similar fungus for couple of Pentax A 50mm 1.4 in the past for me. I believe he used to work for Honeywell so not only will he clean but he will also calibrate/adjust---during reassembly I mean---Pentax branded lenses almost perfectly close to factory settings.
