This is a superb lens for the Pentax K Mount. It is 100 mm (150 mm equivalent on the K-5), and serves as both a close focus lens (focus to 1:2) and a short telephoto/portrait lens. It is built to last, and had splendid optics -- the clarity and the 3D effect are remarkable. It makes a great studio or field camera.
Zeiss is no longer making this lens in the K Mount. If you can find a new copy, it is typically selling for $2,250-$2,500. I'm offering this for $1,888 with free shipping to U.S. addresses. This copy has been lightly and lovingly used. It is in terrific optical and cosmetic condition. No dust, oil, or scratches on the lens. The lens hood (which comes with it, along with original front and back caps and instruction booklet) has one chip in it (pictured), which does not affect its performance at all.
