This is the Asahi Pentax Close-Up Lens No. 1.
Do not confuse it with the cheap close-up filter sets. This is an achromat and has much more heft to it. The keeper is a little beat up, but has done its job of keeping the item inside in pristine condition. Fits lenses with 49mm filter size.
$19 plus actual cost shipping (First Class would probably be the best bang for the buck).
