Item Description
I have a very nice Sigma 150-500mm APO DG HSM lens for sale. I'm not the original owner, but it was purchased new from B&H in 2010, and has been well cared for. I had not planned on selling the lens, but I recently jumped at the rare opportunity to buy a Sigma 100-300mm f4, so my wife says this one has to go. I hate to let it go since shooting at 500mm is so much fun, but it looks like somebody else will get to enjoy shooting it this summer.

The lens is in excellent cosmetic and operating condition, and comes in the original box with all of the accessories such as the lens hood, front/rear caps, carry case, and straps.

The lens focuses quickly and very accurately on my K-x, and I have been impressed by the image quality. It's easily sharper than the Sigma 170-500mm I used to own, and I already thought that the 170-500mm did a good job.

I'm asking $900 and am open to offers, but if somebody takes the asking price then I will include a Tiffen 86mm UV/Haze filter that sells for $99.95 at B&H and Amazon, and a Kirk LP-54 tripod mount quick release plate that sells for $52 at B&H.

You can take 3% off the price if you specify "gift" when paying with PayPal, which would make the price $873.

In my eBay listing I'm charging $140 for worldwide shipping because USPS Global Express Guaranteed is the only service that allowed me to insure the lens for the full value to any country, but it is very expensive since it is 1-3 day shipping to most countries. If you buy the lens from me directly then you can specify whichever shipping service you want, because I don't have to be worried about somebody exploiting eBay and PayPal's stringent seller policies to try to defraud me.

Express shipping, which is still very fast and secure, is about $85 worldwide, and Priority is about $75 and still allows full insurance to most countries, and takes about a week, sometimes less.

In case you want to do your own shipping estimate, the package will be 14/"x10"10" and will weigh about 8lbs 8oz.
