Excess baggage - Crumpler, LowePro

Up for sale are a couple of bags that I'm not using, and not likely to. Both are unused and are in like-new condition, having been kept in a closet in a non-smoking, pet-free home. Price for either bag is $40 and that includes PayPal fees and Priority Mail shipping in the US. Buy 'em both for $75.

First is a Crumpler "Tallee" bag. ***SOLD*** I bought this from another PF member awhile back, thinking that I'd use it when traveling, as a carry-on. It'd be good for that, being very robust with lots of padding and a very flexible compartment/divider arrangement. The lower compartment (covered by a flap in the first photo) will accommodate a few small primes OR a prime plus a longer lens such as the 55-300, as shown in the second photo. The upper compartment will easily hold my K-5 with the Tamron 28-75 lens attached (with hood reversed), plus a couple of other small items (lenses, flash, etc.) on either side of it. The one drawback is that it has no provision for attaching a tripod, and I found a suitable bag that did have that provision before I went on the next trip. So this thing's never been out of the house, either mine or the previous owner's. I read somewhere that this bag was marketed in Australia but not the US, so maybe it's a collector's item. NOTE: the strap on this bag is not detachable except by a hefty pair of shears, and then only once.

The other bag is a LowePro TopLoader Pro 75 AW, a top-loading shoulder bag that will carry one DSLR with a really big lens attached. My K-5 with the Tokina 400mm lens attached fits nicely, a total length (depth?) of about eleven inches. This was a gift and was never used. Included is an unopened chest strap thing, to keep the bag from flapping around and beating you black and blue while you're hiking out to get that shot of the ivory-billed woodpecker that's been hanging around your neighborhood.

Prices include PP fees and shipping. PM me if interested.

Interested in the toploader. With your K5 and Tokina in place, will it have space to fit a couple of more like 43mm and maybe a 77mm?
