Fresh from my lens cabinet I'm selling one of the rarest Pentax macro items: the Helicoid Extension Tube K (please see also the equipment review on this forum for an explanation, but in short it's a variable extension tube with its own focusing helicoid).

The caps are not original. Other than that it's as good as it gets. The focusing action of the helicoid is very smooth and well dampened, just what one would expect from a genuine Pentax product.
