This is a very fun camera. I love the control layout. The live-view is great for macro photography.... in fact.. I prefer to use my L1 rather than my Pentax for macro work. I love the odd looks and questions about this camera from other photographers. Just such an excellent walk-around camera. I have no plans to sell mine any time soon. I doubt there will be another SLR like it again.

Anyone looking at this should really consider it. $800 is a very fair price for this camera. It has a Leica designed 2.8-3.5 IS lens that is beyond excellent. The image quality is nearly as good as the K10D in my opinion. Has a built-in flash that can do bounce. Best of all, you can buy a K-mount to fourthirds converter and use your Pentax lenses on it. This camera is worth a look.

I had no idea about a k-mount to four-thirds converter. Uh oh...sounds like a dangerous discovery for me. Uh, yikey crikey, I just did a search and that adapter runs $200.00!

that is too bad!!!
the good thing would be for it to accept M mount lenses!!!
Instead of buying an M8 ;-)
I am considering to get a hold on this one

Man now I wish I could afford this. I have wanted one from the first time I saw it at Henrys. Darn Pentax addiction.
