This is the legendary teleconverter adapter. It is fun and quality in one body---an autofocus adapter for the old manual lenses and a 1.7x teleconverter---both very high quality. IQ is really good. Most of the time the images come out like no teleconverter was attached to the lens. It also adds autofocus to the early Pentax. Of course at 1.7x higher focal length and some light loss. Considering we can all find old, fast primes for cheap that is not really problem. This particular copy is in like new condition. I have purchased this new a few years ago and since then I am the only user of it. Glass is spotless and flawless, so is the electronics. Looks and functions like new. Comes in the original box and a simple two page Pentax brochure. * --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am adding two outstanding lenses to my listing, the special FA35 f2 AIV and a DA35 Macro Ltd AIV. These lenses constantly receive well regards from the community and don't really need any advertisement. They are both in excellent to like new condition. Both have spotless glasses and smooth mechanics. I purchased the FA new a year or so ago. It comes in the original box with the original hood and caps. I purchased the DA from a fellow forum member last spring. The owner before me had taken care of it extremely well and I did the same. It is also complete with both original caps, genuine leather Pentax case, all paperwork etc. Note that I am only selling one of these---whichever goes first---and keeping the other one. * * --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DA12-24 is purchased last November, warranty still on until 11/8/2012. The box is missing the serial number card---other than that comes as the complete package as new. * I have also decided to sell my beloved Pentax A kit and the complementing Pentax-F 1.7x AF Adapter. It seems to me that they are not being used as much recently and I just can't justify keeping them. They are all in excellent to pristine condition. Optics of all are in exceptionally beautiful shape. Aperture blades are clean. Mechanics are working flawlessly. Bodies show minor wear but not reflecting age. All have front and rear caps. * * * I am also listing my D FA 100mm 2.8. I have just recently acquired the WR version and don't need to keep this. It works excellent. Some minor wear on the body. Glass is excellent. No noticeable dust on inner elements. Focusing is accurate. Quickshift works fine. Hood is missing. * Last but not least is a little different than what is usually seen here at the marketplace. It is a LOMO LC-A, yes the one. It is in very good condition. I have used it as recent as last month. Still taking good crisp photos with the right settings under right light conditions. The only problem is that the film counter is not working, so you will need to memorize how many you have shot :-) * ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- . I have received several sample photo requests for the DA12-24. This lens really is a nice copy. At 24mm it is already perfect and minimum distortion even at 12mm.
