Comes with case, original Tamron cap. Also comes with an M42 Adaptal 2 mount with generic M42 cap. I've used this to good effect on my Spotmatic and liked it on my K10D as well. No issues with glass or with cosmetics, overall it looks pretty unused. The M42 mount is very clean as well and includes the auto pin so that this lens will behave like a Super Takumar.
