This is essentially a brand new lens. It was never mounted. I received my DA*60-250mm lens at the same time and have been using it for my long lens. The DA 55-300 is just sitting in the box, so I've decided to sell it. It of course comes with front and rear caps, hood, all original paperwork and all original packaging.
