Pentax 10-17 and 18-250

Go from 10mm to 250mm with just one lens change! I'm selling my seldom-used Pentax DA10-17 fisheye zoom, and my often used (but not lately) Pentax DA18-250 zoom. Both lenses were bought new by me and are in good shape. The DA18-250 has been my "kit" lens ever since I bought it to replace my Tamron 18-250 (I wanted the Pentax name, and the in-camera corrections that come with a DA lens). I bought the DA10-17 several years ago, but rarely use it. It's a fun lens, but it's time to go to someone that will actually use it.

Both lenses come with the original box, lens hood and caps, and the 10-17 comes with a pouch as well.

Price for the DA18-250 is $350.

Price for the DA10-17 is $400.

Price for both lenses is $700.

I'll ship to the US or Canada for $25 via USPS. Please contact me about shipping other places. I know some people are set up to easily ship to all countries, but I'm not one of them. It takes me 30-60 minutes standing in line at the post office to ship things overseas, and I usually have other places I'd rather be. However, you're welcome to try to convince me otherwise (I have shipped to other countries in the past, so it's possible).

Both lenses have been well cared for, but they are used lenses. If you're worried about specs of dust inside a non-sealed consumer zoom, just go ahead and factor that into your decision to buy it or not. I don't worry about specs of dust, so I haven't really looked for them. To me, the lenses are clean and work well.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'll post some example shots with each lens later. Thanks for looking!

Here are some sample pictures taken with the DA18-250 on the K5

One from the K20D and 18-250

And here are a couple from the 10-17 on the K20 (I didn't see any on the K5....I just don't use it that much)

Nice that you give a "teaser" price on the MarketPlace link, only to shock us with the "real" prices when we click on your ad.
Sorry, the system isn't really set up for more than one price. I guess I should put the price for both?

Yeah, I've changed it now to the combined price. I noticed there were at least four other posts on the first page of items for sale that are doing the same thing, so I guess it's not really policed or enforced? Still, no need for confusion.

Sale pending.

The 18-250 won't turn into a pumpkin. Even on Halloween!

Don't get run over. Buy the 10-17 and see 180.

Both lenses still available and ready to ship to you!

the 18-250 was the first new pentax lens i bought eons ago...i used it with a k200...it is an excellent lens...wonderful all around lens and you can't beat the price for what you get...i even had mine out in the rain because i thought it was WR and didn't realize until recently that it wasn't ...if you want 1 lens that can cover this range you will be very happy with it..mine is currently on loan to my daughter but looking forward to getting it back and taking some picts with the K5...good luck with your sale!!
