Item Description
This lens needs no introduction. The FA 20mm f2.8 is an exceptional lens, but also exceptionally hard to find. The reviews in this forum will confirm how good it is.

This one is in very good condition. There is a slight mark on the front element coating. Its about 1 – 2mm long and certainly doesn’t have any effect on picture quality. It’s so small that I wasn’t able to get a picture of it. The rest of the lens is unmarked, the aperture blades are free of oil and open and close smoothly. The focusing ring rotates smoothly if you want to use it as a manual lens, but it was designed as an AF lens so it should operate flawlessly in that mode.

Also included is a B+W Skylight filter and original front and rear caps. Shipping will be by any method you choose but all responsibility will be with the buyer if it’s not insured.

If anyone needs convincing, I have the identical setup to this one, even down to the B+W filter, and it's a very good lens, IMHO. Although the Forum comparison with the DA21 slightly favoured the smaller cousin, the extra stop and the FF compatibility tipped the odds in favour of the FA20, for me.

So, a bump for the seller, even if it isn't strictly necessary.
