Item Description For Sale is a SMC Pentax 28-200mm f3.8-5.6 Zoom Autofocus Lens
This is a very convenient all-in one lens. For those times when it would be too much trouble to change primes or even short zooms, this lens has a very large and useful focal range of 28mm all the way to 200mm. Of course, it cannot compare to primes for sharpness, but it is compact and fast focusing. This lens also has a macro mode on the long end which comes in quite handy. It has a nice minimum distance scale stenciled on the barrel of the lens.
The particular sample has a body in excellent condition, no scuffs or scratches. Glass is perfect, no blemish on the multicoating. Focus is smooth and zoom has very little creep. Aperature ring clicks solidly. Blades are snappy and oil free. Rubber grip is tight and clean. There is a slight wobbling of a lens group if you shake the lens, but the lens performs without any problems. Comes with generic front and rear caps as well as a dented, but usable UV filter.
