I'd like to buy your DA 55-300mm or DAL 55-300mm lens. To be honest, I don't see any difference in a result btw those lens except for exterior and all that stuffs.

Just FYI: True, there is no optical difference (they're both great for the price), but the DA has a "quick-shift focus ring" which means you can adjust the focus quickly & manually without needing to take the camera out of AF mode (this is very helpful when the camera focuses on something nearby, but not your subject). The difference to results when something's in focus cannot be underestimated at 300mm...
