After I talked him into buying this camera he only took 6000 pictures before the Autofocus malfunctioned (shortly after the warranty expired). The cost of repairing the AF was going to be about $200 so he just bought a new k-r instead. He continued using the camera over the next year for macro work (manual focus anyway) but he decided he just doesn't need 2 cameras so he is getting rid of this one. With the exception of the lack of Autofocus - this camera looks basically brand new (still less than 7000 actuations). This is an absolutely beautiful camera for someone with lots of older glass - or someone who really enjoys macro work      Are you the original owner of the item being sold?
