FlashWaves radio flash trigger set

FlashWaves radio flash trigger set

Asking Price

Item Description
FlashWaves radio flash trigger set, excellent condition. One transmitter and three receivers. Ten channels, hotshoe mount on each receiver, and each receiver is threaded for mounting on tripods, lightstands, etc. The manufacturer's claimed maximum range is about 100 meters, although I have not used them at any such distances. These are great for strobist-type endeavors, or simple home studio set-ups. These triggers (which applies to any flash triggers for Pentax equipment) will not do TTL or P-TTL .

The receivers use two AAA batteries, each, while the transmitter uses two A23 batteries. I've had these for a few years, but still haven't had to change batteries yet. However, I did buy these in two separate purchases, and apparently there is a slight change in their production in the meantime: one of the receivers has a red "ready" light, while the other two have blue ones. They all function the same and I haven't noticed any differences in operation.

Reply sent to PM.

FYI the "product shots" were taken with my new K5ii, and the trusty FA 43 Ltd. I am liking that combo a lot!
