Item Description
This lens is in really good shape, the glass is excellent with only a minor amount of dust inside. This is a preset type lens and has a lot of aperture blades which may mean great bokeh. The diaphragm blades have no oil on them and the rings turn freely. The focusing ring turns smoothly as well. The focusing ring has a threaded hole in it that will accept a thumbscrew which will allow you to set/lock the focus. This lens has a tripod collar with a standard 1/4" threaded hole to accept tripod quick release plates. The exterior is really good as well with only a few cosmetic imperfections on the lens barrel. It came to me with a spacer on the mounting threads, when the spacer is used it seems to give you infinity focus with the adapter I have, however if you take the spacer off you can go past infinity which may be interesting for some of you. I thought it would be good to play with the thickness of the spacer and perhaps you can use a flanged adapter set permanently on the lens to get more of permanent k mount lens. Since this one is older I'm sure it is prone to fringing and abberations but that comes with the territory. First class shipping in the states and paypal included in the price listed. pictures coming soon.
