question

have to ask am intersted in getting a film camera and all of my experience is with the k100d so was wondering would i be able to learn on this camera or would you recommend another camera as my first film slr?

In my opinion, this is a perfect camera to learn on. The meter works perfectly and since it if fully manual, it will force you to really learn how the shutter speed, apeture and film speed relate to each other. I'm sure others will agree.

Definitely. You can't beat the MX for learning the fundamentals.

I really shouldn't, since I'm way over my yearly budget.

However if it isn't sold yet, I'd like second dibs on it.
