SOLDK100D: Very lightly used, recently returned from Pentax with a brand new shutter mechanism which had been faulty. Bought it for my father-in-law but he wanted a camera sooner, so got him the K100D Super while the K100D was getting fixed. Everything included in the box. I am the second owner, if you want more details send PM. $285 plus shipping.

I realize people aren't supposed to comment on prices here, but can somebody tell me if I'm way off on what I'm asking here? Is it just a lull in interest? Do I seem untrustworthy? Smell bad? Just thought I'd have SOME interest in either of these.

Prices seem pretty seem fair. Must be a lull. I would give it a few more days before resorting to fleabay.

The body is fine, the lens is out of favour right now (new lenses announced) and might need to come down a little as the new price is under $400.

The key thing though is you have no pictures

Post some nice, in focus images of your gear and buyers will come a knockin'.

All right, I'm a landscape guy, so these may not be the best pictures. But here they are:

The K100D:

White specks are just surface dust

I disclosed the shutter replacement because it's the right thing to do. It really works like a brand new camera. In fact, if you buy it and find it doesn't perform like it should, I'll take it back and refund every cent, no questions asked.

And here's the lens (no scratches, works great):

If the price is too high, make me an offer...
