Hey Gary - great lens, I mean really couldn't ask for a better one - I am switching for the Sigma EX 300 2.8.

Posted this listing while on my mobile phone last night, gonna post some pictures in a bit (and probably change price to $950). I love this lens, can't have both on hand though...

I understand. I sold my first DA300 to get the Bigma OS, then decided I would like to have both. Took awhile to do that. Good luck with the Sigma. Too bad you could not have gotten that FA* from KEH . It looked new.

The DA* is a great lens and worth the money...

Ugh...wish that you posted this a few days ago because I had to spend some eBay bucks before they expired and used them (and a bunch of cash!) for a new copy of this lens. While the price was reasonable, I would have preferred to save a few bucks and "steal" your copy

I expect that your copy will sell quickly as the lens rarely is available used...good luck!

Thanks Stan, looking to move to the Sigma for use of the matching TC's.

For your type of shooting, it sounds to be a perfect fit for you. The extra stop alone will be great plus what you mention about the TC's.

And like dyusem said - I just bought a DA*300 3 weeks ago........!!

Anyway - a bump for a great seller whom I've dealt with a couple times in the past.
