What limitations of AF with the teleconverters?
How do they work with Pentax 300mm DA*? With Sigma 70-200 F2.8?

With the DA*300mm F4 the AF is hit and miss, if the focus is already close it may work just fine, if not you may have to tell it to refocus a few times before it locks properly... I haven't tested them on an HSM Sigma 70-200, on screw drive lenses there is no problem i know of.
