I dont think my serial number falls into this category, as its AIV, but its silver. Let me know if you are lookin still.

The earliest black version currently listed on this site's serial number database is 0015519. All earlier were silver.

I have a black copy 0014450 which makes it earlier than any other one listed in the database. It comes with the brown leather pouch, hood and cap. No box.

Lens and hood are still in mint condition. Cap has some scratches but no dents or scrapes. The leather pouch is also nice (I never used it) but has 43 / 1.9 written on the bottom in silver sharpie.

I have included this old photo that shows it mounted to my istD. If you're interested in it I can provide new, detailed photos.
