Excellent condition - Light meter, pouch, and Lumidisc w/pouch(not pictured). No manual but you can download that from Sekonic. Works great, never had any issues with it, I just don't use it anymore.

Excellent condition. Rarely used. Ever since I picked up the Tamron Pz-AF 1.4 MC4, this hasn't been touched. I think the Tamron is better optically, but you can't argue with what you get for the price.
