This is a beautiful copy of the scarce 8-element SMC K 35mm f2.0 lens. (Later M and A lenses somehow lost an element in their optical designs and are nowhere near as highly rated). Whether you are a shooter, a collector, or someone just looking to upgrade their copy to one in nicer condition... here is your lens! You probably already know about the legendary build quality and buttery focusing action of the Pentax K series.

This copy includes the original Pentax caps, front & rear and a very nice protective case with strap (not Pentax).

I will be happy to ship worldwide to Pentax Forum member with good marketplace feedback. I can ship fast or cheap, your choice. PM me for a shipping quote to your location. (serious only, please)

People who think that all Pentax 35mm f2 lenses are the same have not looked at the optical configurations. The "K" series was before Pentax started cutting costs by designing lenses with fewer optical elements. The "K" 35mm f2 is the most highly rated for a REASON:
8 optical elements in 7 groups.

After the "K" version the optical designs got cheaper and cheaper, (and the lens bodies less substantial). If you want one of the top Pentax lenses for a (very) fair price, this is it! If you just want the lens to say 35mm f2-something, go buy something more ordinary.
