Hi all,
I am relisting my desirable Vivitar A 70-210. This is the Komine version (3rd), the best regarded one of the family.

Glasses are in good shape. There is no fungus, oil on the blades, etc. Aperture works fine and it is snappy, HOWEVER, the small spring that makes the A contact stay up is missing and therefore the camera sees the lens as an M lens. There is an easy solution to live with this:

So basically if you put aluminum foil to shorten the contact you have the A option back. I have been using it that way and it works perfectly. If not you can always use the green button to calculate speeds or try to look for a spring and fix it yourself. A cheap way of getting cult glass.
