I just checked and also have one of these - part of my idea of using an old yashica with my tamron 105 - but that never happened. here is the photo of my adapter :

I could sell it $25 all inclusive and shipped worldwide - roughly what I paid for in 2007.

just in case you'd still need one--manntax
