It will, definitely. I'm collecting vintage lenses and I was impressed by the quality of this lens. I got lots of information from this forum but just joined recently. I want to compare this lens with my Jupiter 37A, it will be very interesting.
I have sent you another PM and I need your paypal email to proceed. Please read my PM. After few posting, you probably can send private message (PM). Hope this goes through to you. As soon as I get confirmation, I will mark this item pending sale to you.

Update: I have made the Vivitar/Kiron 100mm f/2.8 1:1 macro available for sale as I need all the funding that I can gather for the Sony A7 push. This is a 1-10 scale with a 10 mint copy and it is a close sibling to Lester A Dine 105mm f/2.8 1:1 dental macro.

Thanks,
Hin

Thanks! The lens is one of a kind in bokeh, color and sharpness. If it is not my A7 order, I will keep it. I need the funding for the upgrade. I won't use it for portrait as it has a long focus throw but of course, it will do fine. Here are some random pictures that I did with the lens -- it is effortless in taking close up.

Anyone with interest, please PM or comment on this thread.

I will soon use my A7 to test the Tamron SP 17mm f/3.5 adaptall-2 (51BB), I hope it will convince someone to see the potential of the 17mm. I used it a couple of times on a film camera, the results are to my liking. The lens is quite good in build and it is charming to mount on my K-5 or a film camera.

Cheers,
Hin

I've just received the Sears 135mm and I'm really happy with it. Its IQ is unbelievable high regarding its price. Also the lens was maintained properly, it's like mint condition. Thank you very much.

Received the macro lens 2 days ago. Took longer than I could almost stand. This was no fault of Hinman. He packaged it beautifully and shipped it when and how he said. The USPS was just really busy with the holidays so instead of 2 to 3 days it took 8.
Need less to say I love it! Everything is perfect. Thanks Hinman for a great Christmas present to myself.

Hi Himman: I bought the Tamron 17/3.5 few years back by your advice. I am so happy with the lens, it has NO distortion (rare in a wide angle lens), which is great for architecture. Wide open is a bit soft, but who uses it open for architecture? I stop it down and get wonderful shots. I also have the hood, lucky. Why are you selling it? You will not find it anymore.
