Item Description Auto Mamiya/Sekor SX 1.4 55mm. I have two, and sell one here.
Optics are very clean, not obvious dust inside, not scratches visible; not fungus or foggy. Aperture blades are dry and snappy. Helicoid is smooth and well-damped. Cosmetically, the lens shows a light to average wear.
I have fixed the auto aperture pin so the lens stops down when you turn the aperture ring.
SX version is known to have wide aperture ring that blocks the lens form mount all the way down. I have file the down so the lens can be mounted appropriately on most camera, and aperture ring can be turned, although still a little tighter than Takumars.
Very sharp lens, contrast is a little lower than Takumar. I love the painterly bokeh it gives.
