[SOLD] Pentax K10D - mint

I have a month-old K10D - in mint condition - for sale. It still has all accessories (strap, battery, charger, eyepiece cover, software, cables, instructions) and original box.

It is in as new condition, and I've taken 500 photos at most with it. There are no problems with the camera whatsoever - I'm selling because it doesn't suit my style of shooting as much as my DS.

I haven't yet registered the camera so whoever buys it will be able to register it for themselves.

Photos can be found here: Available Light Photography - Images By Martin Winter - powered by smugmug

My ebay account is also tinospiros if you want to check feedack scores.

Priced at £480 plus postage. I'd prefer to sell in the UK because of postage costs & import duties.

This is Martin's first post here and as I noticed it I thought I can give some feedback (odd, isn't it?):
Some f you know him from DPR, some do not. I have exchanged some stuff with Martin (a couple of lenses). No problems, no delays and no complaints.

Martin: Allow anyone to buy it... There are no VAT or customs charges within the EU.

Thanks Jonas! You're right, no import duty within the EU so I'd be happy to sell to anyone within it - not sure how the exchange rates work out at the moment though.

Would prefer payment by Paypal.

That's a very good price. Wonder why you selling it so fast ... a great camera actually.

Good luck (or btw, this is my first post too, although I registered quite a while ago ...)

Welcome to the forum Tinospiros and Frank! I was just wandering through and noticed you didn't have anyone welcome you. I'm on a K100D since December and can't afford a new cam just yet. Still doesn't hurt to take a look around though

Thanks Alvin!

Frank, I bought the K10 sight unseen, figuring I would use that for my "daylight" camera and the DS as my low-light camera. It hasn't really worked out that way - I really prefer carrying one camera and the ISO3200 on the DS gets used enough that it is still the one I take out with me if I'm shooting digital.

K10D is a really great camera, but I shoot a lot of low light, so I think my next cam will be a FF or 1.3x crop.

Martin.

Yeah, I have the same feeling sometimes. I should've got the K100D instead I think ...

OK, I'm removing this from sale here because I don't think I'll be recouping enough money from selling it to make it worth my while. I've uploaded the new firmware & admit that the new functions are enough to earn the K10 a reprieve!

Sorry for wasting anyone's time.

Hi again, I'm relisting this camera at a lower price - £450 + postage. I've successfully upgraded firmware to 1.1 since the original listing at the top of this post, but I still prefer my DS - I'd rather someone else used this camera than it sit around at home.

Will be happy to ship worldwide as long as the buyer covers the cost (insured postage only).

I can supply a postage cost to anyone interested.

Thanks again, Martin.

Item no longer for sale - limited interest here & a work colleague is thinking about taking it.
