Item Description
Lens is in like new condition. I purchased it from B&H a while ago, and only used on special occasions. Everything is working perfectly and the item comes with original hood, pouch, and box. All original documents are also included. Made in Japan.

This was my second prime lens, after the FA 50 f/1.4, and I still use it all the time. Works great on my K-01 with CDAF for really accurate focusing, and now it's on my new K-50 nearly 75% of the time while I'm indoors. I have no idea whether the FA 31 is worth 3-4 times the price, but the FA 35 is an amazing lower-cost alternative. Best of luck with the sale!

Thanks a lot for the kind words! The only reason I'm selling this lens is because I need a all-around zoom lens (probably the Sigma 18-250). I have both the FA 50 f/1.4 and this lens, and it was a very tough decision on which one to sell.

i've put the fa35 on my sony a7r, it's incredibly bright in the corners, even at f2.0, which is saying a lot... the full-frame 36mp sensor on the a7r makes it very difficult to find wide legacy glass that works for landscapes and such.

i have to use it in manual focus mode of course, which is not the best, because the focus ring is not dampened, but i'm really glad that i have it.

imho, the fa35 is a nice piece of glass.

This lens was my first real working lens. It's still a favorite despite selling to move onto the DA* 55mm. You'll not be sorry for the images out of this.
