A "pro" lens that needs no introduction. The Tamron SP 60B 300mm f2.8 is one of the finest manual focus optics you will find at the focal length/ratio and with Tamron's Adaptall2 system has the add'l advantage of being usable on multiple camera mounts. These are rarely offered in such fine condition.

The 60D features Low Dispersion glass, a rotatable tripod foot, & strap hooks. On a Pentax (or Canon) DSLR this lens will give you an effective 450mm field of view at f2.8. With the included 140F teleconverter it becomes an effective 630mm field of view at f4. With the included 200F teleconverter it becomes an effective 900mm f5.6. Try to find that kind of versatility in any lens currently available. I wager you won't even come close at 4 or 5 times the price of this kit.

I would remove the 200F from the kit and sell it separately (the last one sold on eBay for a buy it now price of $450) if someone is interested in the kit without the 200F.
Total price also reduced to $1295.00 (including the 200F).

I use my 60B with the Pentax-F 1.7x AF TC and it rocks, the AF is super fast and I love the IQ. Good luck with the sale!

Winter is lens acquisition time. Use this lens on the bird feeder now and then really unleash it in the spring.
