Bought this brand new in December from Pentax/Ricoh directly. Tried it out and it works great. But I also got the Sigma 10-20 to go a little wider and for my purposes that's enough for me.

Great, sharp lens. Highly rated. This is the new HD version as well.

If it needs warranty service, I have guarantee from Pentax it will be covered after transfer. Doubtful you'll need it as these Limiteds are built to last.

Includes Box and registration card, product manual, etc... 49mm UV filter added and included too.

Not at all. Just the angle. The hood has cut outs to be petal like.
