[SOLD] FS: Soligor 3x M42 teleconverter

Who needs one

I mistakenly bought a SOLIGOR AUTO TELE CONVERTER 3x to fit Pentax M42, thinking it was a K-mount version (how LBAddicted can you be).

The TC is a "made in Japan"-one and has a nice little extra aperture ring (it tells you the actual 3x apterure setting if you're to laisy to figger it out yourself).

Quick picture of the teleconverter

I paid € 15 for it.

Who wants this little beauty for his/her M42 collection?
Shipping within EU would be € 6, US & Canada € 9.

It works now. That's a nice piece of kit. I find the aperture control intriguing at least. On a teleconverter.

Aperture ring on TC

It just calculates the correct aperture value. It doesn't control the aperture setting of the lens.

E.g. when you turn the ring to 4 it tells you that the actual aperture value is 11. This gives an idea about the DOF.

I tried it on my K10d, M42/K-adapter and Takumar 55mm 1:1.8 and was quite surpriced! Focus sharpness wasn't influenced at all (as far as i can see)!

Butt I'll probably never use it, so if anyone's intrested... just let me know!
