[SOLD] FS: SMC-M 50mm f/4 Macro

.

I bought this a couple months ago, but have just ordered the DA 35ltd macro, and will not
need 3 macro lenses in my lineup. It's simply the sharpest 50mm I've ever personally used.
It goes to 1-2 native magnification, and it's 'dedicated-macro' 1-2, not 'consumer zoom' 1-2
- meaning incredible sharpness, low CA, flat field of view. Real macro.

The lens is in pristine, near mint shape - previous owner kept it new, and so did I.

Being light and small, it allows very steady handheld macro - it's a very, very fun lens to walk
around with, capturing flowers, insects, landscape, portraits, nails in woodgrain, etc, all
without having to lug around a tripod - the advantage of having a 'small', casual-professional
macro lens.

It comes with a mint original Asahi Pentax UV filter.

Price is $150 + shipping, firm.

Here are shots of the lens (taken by Ivan,) and shots taken by the lens below:

Thanks. Shots like that are easy with this lens. My Viv 105 takes some preparation, since it's
heavy, but this 50 allows what I call 'snapshot macro'. Fun stuff.

And as you can see, it's a great all-around portrait lens (although some would say *too sharp
for traditional portrait - nice fault to have, "too sharp"

Here's the UV filter that comes with it:
