[SOLD] FS: Tamron 18-250

I have decided to cut back a bit on my kit, and this lens is the sacrifice. I will ship to US addresses for [price reduced] $395 including shipping, PM me for other countries. I will include the original box, hood, caps, etc. In perfect condition.

I have a 3 year warranty (starting Jan 8, 2008) on this lens. I will act as go-between for any warranty issues (you ship the lens to me and I will process the warranty repair. You pay shipping both ways to me, I will pay to ship it in for warranty from my address).

It also comes with a UV filter that has been on the lens from the start.

I take PayPal and Google checkout.

do you have pics of the lens?

question about your 'bigma' can you back off the long end just a touch to be able to use f/4? or do you have to back off a good bit before f/4 is available?

I second that!
Seriously, I have both bought from and have sold to Tom and he is great to deal with.

Don't be a bunch of cheapskates! You don't expect him to give it away, do you? This is a good deal, especially since there's an extended warranty thrown into the deal, as well.

Ya. It is an LBA issue. Buy it, use it for 2 or 3 months, then sell it at a loss.

Thanks! I checked all around before I listed it, and as far as my search found - there isn't a lower price for an "almost new" lens with a 3 year (2.6 year?) warranty.

If Tom wouldn't mind, here's the kind of fun you can have with this lens ---> never miss a shot changing lenses!

Hmmm... You have a point! Nice photos! The close up of the cutie's eyes is very sharp.

Maybe I should buy it from myself.

I sometimes wonder if I should bother selling any lenses and just put the ones that I don't use that month in storage.

Thanks! I think that maybe having the lens when I want to use it might be worth more than $400 to me. And I don't have to pay shipping charges to myself!

Thanks jsherman999!! I will keep it. And maybe I will just keep my lenses from now on, and store the unused ones in a cabinet until I decide to use that lens again.
