MIJ Pentax SMC FA 31mm F1.8 AL Limited. In Black.

The lens has marks on the body, but the glass is perfect. I can provide photos if requested. The lens is sharp wide opened and doesn't have any astigmatism issues like few examples out there.

I'm the 2nd owner of this lens. AU$850, I prefer local pick up, but if you are willing to pay shipping, ask me and I will let you know how much it is.

I'm selling it since I have switched to 99% film, I rarely use it and I'm using my 43mm limited instead. Not to mention I'm considering getting a film Leica

I'm more into normal focal length. I have 43mm limited and 50mm f1.2. And it seems that's the 2 lenses I use on my ME Super and MX. 31mm used to be my normal lens on K5, which works out to be 46.5mm.

On my Hasselblad I use 80mm which works out to be 43mm on 35mm. I'm sure you can see a trend here.

I'm planning to get Leica M3 and 50mm f1.5 summitar lens or f1.4 summilux. No surprise here really

I'm also considering selling my 77mm/1.8 limited, K28mm/2.4 and DFA100mm/2.8 macro. I'm just not using this lenses at all and there's no point keeping something that's not in use, I don't want them to mould etc while they seat around. I'm still on the fence when it comes to 77mm, since I used it for the first time in about 1.5 years last weekend.

It's MIJ and it's sharp corner to corner! When I'm near my computer I will post some photos from it.

Photos of the lens, as can be seen, the glass is perfect and I always used it with UV filter (since I shoot film), but there are wear marks on the barrel. I'm asking AU$850.
