Metabones adapter is sold. The Contax Carl Zeiss Planar 45mm f/2.0 along with TechArt AF adapter are available. I am motivated to sell the pair and you can PM if you have interest.

$550 + shipping for both
Includes the 45mm f/2.0 Carl Zeiss lens, original hood, original lens rear and front cap, extra cap for lens hood and Tech Art adapter with original box and instruction. Shipping with insurance and tracking for US is about $15

For those interesting to try the TechArt AF adapter v3, there is an upgrade program for Deo TechArt AF adapter v1/v2 that they can send $150 to Deo with instruction to get a new copy of v3 adapter which claimed to be faster.
