Item Description
K-5 with 18,957 clicks per the forum shutter-count finder. In Dec '13 it had the reflex mirror motor replaced, firmware updated, adjusted to specs, general check and cleaning by CRIS. It has had essentially no use since because I have another K-5 and now also a money-sucking monster called Canonstein.

Includes brand new charger, used battery, a pretty clean Pentax strap, bayonet body cap, hotshoe cover, rubber eyepiece thing, cables, viewfinder cover, manual, and box.

Nope - Canonstein. I actually started with the used 40D with the idea of getting the Tamron 150-600, which is on back-order since Feb 16 (ironically, for a firmware fix for older Canon bodies :-(

Someone has been blowing bubbles on your lenses.

I got to try the Tamron 150-600 at the Big Photo Show, I didn't see a huge advantage over your 150-500 or my 50-500.
But it was only for a few minutes that I held it, and it was indoors in low light too.

Well, it's 100mm longer, same speed. Hoping it will AF a bit better with air show action.

I have a Canon 40D but never use it; I really do not like the menu system. After getting used to Pentax's very intuitive menus, the 40D's is just strange ... anyway, I do know that it is one of the great classic Canons of the recent past, and sooner or later I will bring it out and use it. But I love my Pentax. I am looking for a K-5 body. Just looking at this point.
