I love this lens and recently happened across a second one. (I will never be without at least ONE).

I used to think that the "faster" the lens, the better it was... but this lens taught me that it is often the opposite that is true. Color rendition, sharpness, and color are usually far more important than the maximum aperture. This lens is renowned for being one of the best lenses in that department, that Pentax has ever made.

This copy is in EXCELLENT condition with only the barest cosmetic signs of previous use. Optically and mechanically it is superb. It comes with the original front and rear caps. A very useful focal length on APS-C sensors, giving you a slightly-wide "normal" lens 42mm equiv.

Here's the copy you are getting. Comes with original case & caps PLUS the original Pentax hood and hood case. You rarely see these offered together (and I could probably make more moola if I split them up, but I'd rather provide a great piece of kit to a fellow Pentaxian.
