Each comes in the original packaging as I received them when I bought them off of eBay. There's really not much to the instructions since it's pretty obvious how they work. Both adapters are marked Pentax and Japan. They are in great shape! These adapters are a huge upgrade over the cheaper generic version that can be found on eBay. The price is $30 each and that includes shipping within the US, which I count as a $3 value. For shipping outside the US I will charge $27 for the adapters plus whatever the shipping cost is.
